Mrs. Strock is in her fortieth year at the Richmond School. She is the Special Education Director. She works part-time; most weeks she is at Richmond on Wednesday mornings and all day Thursday. It is easiest to contact her via email, or leave a voicemail at 698-4001, ext 3.
Mrs. Strock is married and has two grown children.
Mr. Bell-Devaney is a special education teacher at Richmond Consolidated School. He holds a Masters of Education degree in Special Education from American International College in Springfield, MA and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, Canada. He has worked with children with special needs in a variety of settings and taught ESL in Japan and Canada for many years. He is also a graduate of the mindfulness-based stress reduction teacher training program at the UMass Medical School’s Stress Reduction Center. He enjoys writing, painting, and many sports, including squash, ice hockey, and mountain biking, but more than anything loves spending time with his wife, son, and dog.
Mrs. Debra Alibozek, aka (to everyone) Mrs. A., is one of our special education teachers. She graduated with a BS in Education from Skidmore College in May of 1990 and earned her MASPED from Lesley College in 1993. She received her Reading Recovery Certificate in 2007. Mrs. A. has been working at Richmond School since 1990, teaching 5th grade for 6 years, 2nd grade for 9 years, 1st grade for 3 years, Reading Recovery for 4 years, 5th/6th grade for 1 yr, kindergarten for 1 yr, and now teaches special education. She has a son, Austin, a senior at Worcester Poly Tech (WPI) in Worcester, MA who came through Richmond School. She loves teaching and enjoys running, biking, working out, and golf.
