Just Breathe...

While exploring some resources for our students I came across this video that I think is a great collection of testimonies of how our feelings show up in our bodies and how breathing can help to regulate them. I especially love the visual example of the sparkles settling in a jar.

I’d love to hear your descriptions of how noticing your breathe supports your emotional health. There’s never a better time to take a deep breath than when you become aware of having a feeling especially when you are connecting with others.
